Hello,
This is Sue Ann and Scott. This little jar changed our lives. While we were staying in Sorano, Italy our good friend Augusto had just harvested his extra virgin olive oil and gave us this jar in the picture. He told us to rub the garlic clove on some Tuscan bread, drizzle the olive oil on it, and add a dash of salt. It tasted amazing! We had never had "new" olive oil.
The following year, we bought a small olive grove in the city of Sorano in Southern Tuscany. There, we grow multiple varieties of olives, which are hand-harvested and milled locally within hours of harvest.
The result is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of extremely high quality.

Sue Ann Untied
Sue Ann earned the designation of olive oil sommelier in Pienza, Italy, and is listed in the International Registry of Olive Oil Experts. She is an owner of Tuscany EVOO and has successfully owned and operated other businesses. She strives to make Tuscany EVOO the best olive oil on the market!
Founder & Vice-President
Scott Untied
Scott earned the designation of olive oil sommelier in Pienza, Italy, and is listed in the International Registry of Olive Oil Experts. He is an owner of Tuscany EVOO and has also started and operated other businesses over the past 20 years. As a young man, he served as a Military Police in the US Army.

Augusto F.
Augusto is a native of Sorano, Italy. Great leaders aren't passive; they are highly motivated, and he is a highly motivated individual who likes to get things done and done right! He says he's been growing olives and making wine his whole life—since he was born! He is a very skilled and experienced team member, and we couldn't do it without him. He is the backbone of Tuscany EVOO.

Dalton Humphreys
Dalton is a Managing Partner of Perissos Vineyards in Burnet, Texas. He is the reason Tuscany EVOO LLC was formed. He knew Sue Ann and Scott had purchased an olive grove in Tuscany, Italy, and encouraged them to sell the olive oil in Texas at Perissos Vineyards. He also advises Tuscany EVOO on building its brand and marketing on social media.
