On October 30, 2022, we participated in the Pitigliano Olive Producer's Tour. We visited l'Altro Sapore, where many people from different countries were present. We walked among the olive trees for our lesson and then returned for a tasting comparison while writing tasting notes. Afterward, we watched the bottling process.
