No Olive Harvest for 2025
So, No Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Hi everyone, Sue Ann and Scott have some heartbreaking news. Our Olive orchard suffered two severe hailstorms. 90+% of the olives were damaged, and all of our neighbors’ grapes and olives were also damaged.
It will not be possible to harvest this 2025 year. Olives damaged like this, would produce an oil with a sensory defect (smell + taste) that would prohibit it from being classified as Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and we would not try to sell defective oil.
We are hoping next year in 2026 to have a good harvest. Meanwhile, we planted 58 young olive trees and are now completely finished with planting. There are a total of 202 olive trees now!

Where Your 2024
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Came From

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is straight from the olive orchard to you!
We had 250 ml bottle of Fresh EVOO.
We use a smaller bottle for less air
and dark green glass for no light.
This EVOO was just harvested in October 2024!

We want to send a BIG thank you to everyone who purchased our fresh 2024 harvest of Italian extra virgin olive oil. We wish you a Happy New Year!

DEC 2024- Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
We finished very strong on our last day selling Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil at Perissos Vineyard and Winery. We want to thank all our customers who stopped by, sampled some, and took some home! Also, a very BIG thank you to Perissos for allowing us to share our very fresh EVOO with all of our Texas neighbors. The Tuscany EVOO crew was amazing, and we can't thank them enough for all they do!
GRAZIE MILLE!
